Next Level run a weekly Cadets Water Polo session for players aged 8-12 years were the pupils will learn water polo skills including treading water, passing, shooting and learn to play mini matches.

Once players have turned 11.5+ they can go on to join a water polo club and from September that is what the recent Cadets have done by signing up with Watford Water Polo.

The new cohort of U12 players will now train twice a week on a Tuesday & Thursday evening at Habs Boys school and will be entered into the Winter London League competitions from the 1st November.
